It’s important for us to address what’s been going on in the world lately. We have spent the last several weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact. For Herl’s Bath & Home Solutions, that means understanding how it affects our employees, customers, community, and then making adjustments to our day to day lives.
We have one main goal: keeping our customers and our employees safe. With that in mind, we will be making a few changes to how our company operates.
Our Design Consultants will be taking extra precautions to sanitize and clean their hands and equipment in order to protect themselves, our customers, and the technology that we use in the home.
They will also be monitoring their own personal health. If a Design Consultant, or any other employee, is experiencing symptoms they are encouraged to stay home. If we become aware that an employee is feeling ill, we will contact you immediately to reschedule your appointment. This is all in the interest of keeping you and our employees safe.
