For normal everyday cleaning we suggest the use of a mild soap and water with a soft cloth. DO NOT USE Scouring pads or abrasive cleaners. If you want to use a cleaner not listed, test on a small corner of the skirt before applying to the entire bathtubliner.

All parts used by Herl's are made with the most advanced materials available and require minimal care. Use cleaners with basic ingredients (such as dishwashing detergent or vinegar/water mix), that are applied to surfaces and then rinsed. Any cleaners with harsh components leave a distinctive mark on the surface, and can potentially void your product warranty.

For acrylic wall surrounds please note: even with the mildewcide in it, the silicone is the ONE part of the bath that can be stained by mold. Most toiletries have protein in them which which land on walls (which is pushed into corners during cleaning) or corners. It is the soap scum, heat, and humidity that grows the mold, not the silicone. Once stained, the silicone cannot be scrubbed clean. To avoid this, simply clean corners weekly; there is hardly any other cleaning required to your acrylic system.
